1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • High Volume: Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, major sales events), processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.

  • Order Verification: To protect our customers from fraud, orders may occasionally be held for manual address verification. If we require additional information to verify your order, we will contact you via email.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. ShapePerfectBody.com is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance (for international orders).

3. FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY

  • Free shipping applies to the subtotal after discounts are applied, before taxes and shipping fees.

  • This offer is automatically applied at checkout; no code is necessary.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship internationally to select countries.

  • Delivery Time: International shipping typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that ShapePerfectBody.com is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees applied to your package. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Customs policies vary widely; we recommend contacting your local customs office for information.

  • Delays: International orders may occasionally be delayed by customs clearance, which is beyond our control.

5. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

  • Liability: ShapePerfectBody.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately at [Insert Email Address].

  • Address Changes: While we will do our best to accommodate address changes after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the fulfillment process (usually within 2 hours of purchase).

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" due to a wrong address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs will apply.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier first to resolve the issue. If the carrier cannot resolve it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will open an investigation.

  • Stolen Packages: ShapePerfectBody.com is not responsible for stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or requiring a signature for delivery.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or take photos of the damage before opening. Contact us immediately at [Insert Email Address] with photos of the damaged box and items so we can file a claim with the carrier.

8. P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES

  • Domestic: We ship to P.O. Boxes via Standard Shipping only (USPS).

  • Military: We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please allow extra time for delivery to these destinations.
