RETURN  POLICY

At ShapePerfectBody.com, we are committed to your satisfaction with our shapewear products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our requirements for returns and refunds.

1. RETURN WINDOW

You may initiate a return within  3 days of the delivery date . Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (FOR HYGIENE PROTECTION)

For health and hygiene reasons, and to protect our inventory integrity, shapewear is generally considered a non-returnable category unless the product is defective . The following items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

  • All bodysuits

  • Panties

  • Thongs and briefs

  • Hosiery and legwear

  • Any item marked as "Final Sale" on its product page 

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or with promotional codes 

3. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

If you believe your item qualifies for return (e.g., defective product), the following conditions must be met:

  • Unused and Unwashed: Items must be in new, unworn condition .

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned with the original packaging, including all tags still attached .

  • Hygiene Standards: Items must be free from stains, odors, perfume, makeup, deodorant, or pet hair. Items that appear worn or soiled will be rejected and returned to the customer .

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take quality control seriously. If you receive a faulty item (e.g., torn seams, broken zipper, incorrect item shipped), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery .

  • Notification: Contact our Customer Service team immediately with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage .

  • Resolution: Once we assess and approve the claim, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. You will have the option of a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a full refund, including original shipping costs .

5. CHANGE OF MIND / UNWANTED ITEMS

Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, we do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind purchases

6. RETURN PROCESS

Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the sender. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at shapeperfectbody254@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return. Do not ship your item back before receiving authorization .

  2. Receive Authorization: If your return is approved (e.g., for a verified defect), we will provide the returns address and instructions.

  3. Pack Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging.

  4. Ship at Your Cost (If applicable): For approved non-faulty returns, you must pay for shipping. We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit .

7. REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund .

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original method of payment . Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to post the transaction.

  • Store Credit: At our discretion, we may offer store credit for certain return scenarios. Store credit issued will expire 3 years from the date of issue .

8. UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt (e.g., wrong address provided by customer, unclaimed at post office) :

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment.

  • Reshipment will require payment of new shipping costs.

  • If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

9. EXCHANGES

We generally do not offer direct exchanges due to rapid stock movement. If you need a different size, please initiate a return for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the correct size .

10. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

ShapePerfectBody.com reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. All policies are effective at the time of your purchase.
